I keep this simple. When you request a song I collect your email address and the story and preferences you choose to share. That's it.

Your story is used to write your song. Your email is used to send you your song and to reply to you.

I never sell your personal information. I also don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Trusted service providers. To create, deliver, take payment for and publish songs, I use third-party services such as artificial intelligence tools, hosting, email delivery, file storage, payment and music distribution. Only the minimum information needed for that step is shared with them, and it should only be used to provide the service you asked for. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your song lives on a private link. Only people you give that link to can open it. I only share your song publicly if you ticked the box giving permission.

Please don't include passwords, banking details, government ID numbers, or health information in your story. Songs are made for adults; if you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
