Terms

The free song. One first custom song is free per eligible email address — no account, no credit card and no posting or sharing required. Free songs are private: yours to listen to and download. Publishing is not included with the free song.

Paid songs. Every song after your first is $10. That one price covers both creating your custom song and submitting it for release — there is no separate publishing fee or upgrade.

What the release includes. Your song is prepared with the album-cover photo you provide and submitted for distribution to supported music platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and TikTok. Actual release timing and acceptance are controlled by third-party streaming and distribution platforms, so songs may not appear everywhere at the same time — please allow approximately one week. Individual platform links are not provided — once your song is live, search the song title and artist name on your favourite platform.

Your finished song. Once your custom song has been delivered, you may download, share, post and use the finished song for your own purposes — send it to friends and family, post it on social media, use it in personal videos, or play it at events — subject to any rights or restrictions that may apply to third-party tools or services used in its creation.

Public release. Some customers may be offered the option to have their song publicly released or distributed by Preach to Me. Public release is optional and requires the customer's permission.

Sharing. Sharing your song or posting a reaction is always optional and is never required to receive a song.

What I won't write. No hateful, harassing, defamatory or explicit content, and nothing aimed at harming someone.

Timing. Songs are made by hand, one at a time. I'll keep you posted on your private song page.
